All stock weapons made by Gorg The Blacksmith should pass the first Dagorhir weapons check. Premium weapons will have a shorter life than Economy weapons. NEVER hit trees to soften your weapons. That’s dumb. You’ll ruin your foam weapon if you hit a tree with it. Please do not hit trees with foam weapons.
If you have trouble with your Gorgtech Boffer Weapons, please email info@gorgtech.com. We’re normal nerds who work hard to run a quality small business out of our garage. We’ll do what we can to fix most problems. Your patience is much appreciated. To help us help you include a photo, order number, and description of your problem.
There are NO guarantees for ripstop fabric or snapped hollow cores. If USPS loses your package, we’ll both have to wait a few weeks to file a claim for them to fix it. If UPS breaks the weapon, then I know a guy who can help us get our claim approved. While we’re not working with FEDEX at this time, we will switch back to them as soon as UPS doesn’t pay broken weapon claims.
These are the terms and conditions for Gorg the Blacksmith. They’re foam weapons. Don’t drive over them. Don’t store them outside in the rain or sunshine. Cold weather makes them hit harder. Extreme heat makes the foam warp. Be careful how you pack your car… I’ve damaged many weapons by cramming instead of stacking items into the trunk. If you think there is a problem with a construction defect, then please email us for a possible refund/replacement. The only guarantee is that your new weapon *should* pass its first dagorhir weapon’s check.
