Ragnarok XXXI War Council voted no minimum weight or required balance point for blue swords 18″ and under in Dagorhir.
Now with a LONGER blade (12″) to pass in BOTH BELEGARTH & AMTGARD too.
Now Passes universally for cross-gaming in Dag/Bel/Amt because total length is under 18″ and blade is 12″.
To meet this requirement we had to minimize the the handle.
